Because not everyone has the same 24 hours in a day

In a world full of overwhelming and contradicting information about food (nutrition), I can make it simple for your brain.

Using compassionate coaching, I take the complexity of nutrition and turn it into visual, practical small steps that honor your ability and daily energy because not everyone has the same 24 hours in a day.

If you’d like to receive a visual list of my Top Grocery Store Favorites from Costco, Trader Joe’s and H-E-B, leave your email here and I’ll send them personally.

Small Steps Nutrition

SimplyDeeDee is home for the Small Steps Nutrition Program.

It’s a habit based, macronutrient goal oriented solution for easily overwhelmed women who need grace, compassion and extra time to work through their unique struggles towards their weight loss goals.

This is perfect for visual learners, who want daily accountability, encouragement, weekly video calls, and someone who like them, understands that the daily mundane stuff like cleaning dishes, going grocery shopping, and cooking can make eating healthy challenging.

This program is for the overwhelmed over-thinker who needs a high five when she’s brought groceries home, cut up a few veggies, tried a new recipe or stepped on a scale for the first time because even though it’s a small step to the rest of the world, it’s a huge win for us

Nutrition Coach, Fellow Neurodivergent, & Digital Creator for ADHD and Autism Awareness

Nutrition Coach

Using compassionate coaching, my style of coaching focuses on the nuances that make your situation unique. I meet you where you’re at and push you (gently) in the right direction.

Neurodivergent

I am a self-diagnosed ADHD’er with Level 1 Autism. I understand that we’re all uniquely wired differently and that no fellow neurodivergent is the same.

Digital Creator

I create content to spread awareness about the challenges of being an adhd’er with autism. These are real life overshares that help others understand how my brain works in order to help others do the same.

Hello! Welcome to Small Steps Nutrition. With the heart to serve and compassionate coaching, I help easily overwhelmed women understand their nutrition towards their weight loss goals, one small step at a time.

Working together, we’ll discover how to implement new habits and healthy ways of eating that honor your ability and daily energy because not everyone has the same 24 hours in a day. My goal is to meet you where you are, educate you once and for all so that you get to your goal sustainably and keep your results for the rest of your life.

This is not a group coaching.I understand that every person I work with is a unique individual that needs a plan she can follow.
